| Rush Orders |
| In-stock orders requiring a guaranteed delivery date/time (front-of-the-line service) will incur a $25.00 Rush Order Fee, added to the order value. |
| Return Policy |
| Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive goods that contain manufacturer's defects, contact Customer Service at 1-800-820-1195 or email us at chryslerbrands@staplespromoproducts.ca immediately for return authorization. Report to the carrier immediately if goods are damaged in transit. Goods for return must be in original packaging. For items with warranty, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty instructions. Returns will not be accepted on custom/special order merchandise unless an error has been made by our company. Returns will not be accepted on discontinued /clearance in-stock merchandise unless it is defective. A 10% re-stocking charge may apply on all returns except damaged or defective goods.

| Back Orders |
| We endeavour to keep all products in inventory at all times. However, due to unforeseen demand, an item may be temporarily on backorder. You will be advised and the item(s) will be shipped promptly when stock is received.

| Errors/Omissions/Changes |
| Errors, omissions and changes on the website and product illustrations and/or item specifications seldom occur. We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications should they occur.

| We shall not be liable for any delay or impairment or performance resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, labour disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies/raw materials, severe weather conditions, non-compliance of subcontractors, interruption of essential services, acts of government or government agencies, or any other circumstances/causes beyond our control in the conduct of our business.

| Minimum Orders |
| In-stock items may be ordered in any quantity unless a minimum is stated. For order totals under $75.00, an additional handling fee of $5.00 will be charged.
